The display of goods on the curl by mail website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. Completion by you of your order by any one of the four procedures set out in the section headed 'how to order (by e-mail, by telephone, by fax or by post) constitutes an offer by you to Curl by Mail to purchase the goods requested at the price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Curl by Mail unless, and until, an email letter or fax is sent by Curl by Mail to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail letter or fax amounts to an acceptance by Curl by Mail of your offer to buy goods from Curl by Mail and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive look at or open the e-mail letter or fax provided it was addressed by Curl by Mail to the correct email/postal address or transmitted to the correct fax number supplied by you at the time of the order.
Curl by Mail are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Curl by Mail disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
