returns policy
We have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase our returns policy is as follows:

damaged or faulty goods
To return a faulty or damaged item you must telephone our customer service number on +44 (0)1491 413172 for return authorisation.

Please wrap the returns securely and include the original invoice with your return.

All items must be returned by recorded post within 7 days of the above mentioned return authorisation in their original condition. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £3.

We will replace faulty items with the same item or refund your credit/debit card if the item is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt by you of goods or 37 days from dispatch of the goods by us whichever is the sooner. We will consider but are not obliged to accept any return submitted outside these time limits.

refunds
For a full refund you may return any item (except any item made to order) in its original condition within 7 days of receiving or within 16 days from dispatch by us whichever is the sooner. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your card. We regret that items made to order cannot be returned.

Please note that we only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items unless they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched incorrectly as a result of our error.
